- Suggested adult dosing: Acetaminophen alternating with NSAID (either below)
- Naproxen 500 mg every 12 hours with food and acetaminophen 1000 mg (2 extra strength) every 6 hours
OR
- Ibuprofen 800 mg every 8 hours with food and acetaminophen 1000 mg (2 extra strength) every 6 hours
